3694716 - [Known Issue] "Add" button appearing in Email Information section in Personal Data Collection - Onboarding

Since the 2H 2025 release, onboarding candidates with only "View" permission for Employee Data > HR Information > Email Information can see an "Add" button in Email Information section during the Personal Data Collection step, which allows them to add a new email address row.

Due to lack of permissions, onboarding candidates will not be able to either maintain values for the new row or delete the new row, causing an error (e.g. "Email Type is required") while trying to move to the next section and the onboarding process need to be restarted to let them proceed the task further.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as candidate and open Personal Data Collection task
2. See an "Add" button for Email Information
3. Click on "Add" > a new row of email address is added, but not able to maintain value / delete the row
4. Try to move to the next section > will see error due to missing values in the new row

Known issue.

This issue will be corrected in the 1H 2026 (b2605) Release.
