3694724 - Event Notification Triggers Multiple Times For Outbound Delivery Packaging

Event notification triggers multiple times for the outbound delivery packaging. This behavior occurs whenever new packages are inserted for outbound delivery.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Select Outbound Deliveries View.
3. Select the Outbound Delivery ABC (ABC means an outbound delivery).
4. Choose Packing.
5. Insert Package.
6. Check that the packaging has the Weight, Volume, Length, Width, Height.
7. Save it.

Event Notifications are triggered.

Multiple packages are inserted for an outbound delivery, which results in multiple event notifications being triggered.

This is the expected system behavior. If multiple packages are inserted, a separate notification is triggered for each package. As a result, multiple event notifications will be generated for the outbound delivery.
