3694738 - Onboarding New Recruit - Onboardee profile is visible in Latest People Profile - 2H2025

In the latest people profile, the Onboardee profile will be visible to users who have granted RBP to view the data, before the user becomes an active EC user and has passed Manage Pending Recruit process.

This differs from Legacy People Profile, where the profile only became visible once the user became an active EC user.

SF Employee Profile 2511

1. Log in to instance.
2. Navigate to Onboardee profile (external_user).
3. Observe the profile fully visible with the tag 'Onboardee New Recruit'
4. If the admin user has permission to view EC data, the portlets will be visible.

This is working by design.

If the requirement is to restrict visibility of the data until the user has become an EC user, we recommend adjusting the target population to restrict external onboarding users from view.
