In SAP Field Service Management, the address resolution logic determines which address is displayed and used for planning, dispatching, and mobile execution. When integrating with SAP B1, customers may encounter scenarios where they want FSM to use a Service Call–specific address rather than the standard Business Partner Ship-To or default addresses. It may not be immediately clear how to configure an address that applies only to the specific Service Call without modifying the Business Partner master data.
