Symptom

  • After SAP updated the SFTP host key from SSH-RSA to ECDSA, the old fingerprint is still displayed in the SuccessFactors SFTP channel logs.
  • Channels fail to recognize or accept the new host key automatically.
  • User is unsure whether the host key update has been completed on SAP's side.
