3694845 - Subitem indicator is marked in transaction CS02 however no subitems show in details

Symptom

When user double clicks on the subitem indicator of the component in t-code CS02, the subitem list in the subitem display window shows no entries and the component quantity becomes zero. 

Note:  Other random unpredictable issues occur in the subitem section.
