3694878 - Error provisioning a second Databricks tenant with a Cloud Identity Services already used - SAP Databricks

Symptom

  • You have provisioned an SAP Databricks tenant with an SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS)
  • You want to utilize same CIS to provision a second Databricks tenant
  • Connection to the second tenant using SSO fails with below error message:

Action Required: SAP Cloud Identity Service Integration Not Configured
Status: The SAP Cloud Identity Service integration for your system is not yet configured.

This means your system is currently not connected to the SAP Cloud Identity Service for user authentication.

If you have recently started the setup process, please allow a few minutes for the configuration to complete.

If you believe this status is incorrect, or if the issue continues for more than 30 minutes, please open a support ticket with SAP so that our technical team can investigate.
