The screen turns blank/white immediately after a user attempts to save a spool request as a spreadsheet in the Fiori app equivalent of transaction SP01 (Output Controller). The issue persists even when navigating back in the app, and the screen remains blank. This issue occurs only on WebGUI, FLP.
