3695027 - Payment terms are different in header and item level of sales order

When creating a sales order, the payment terms determined in the header level is not the same as the one on item level. Although, the payment terms are the same in all areas of the customer master data

At item level, the system gets the payment terms from the pricing condition master data. If there's no payment terms maintained in the pricing condition master data, then the payment terms are fetch from the customer master data.

There are two options for fixing this behavior, using the app 'Manage Price - Sales', either:

• Adjust the payment terms for the same as the customer master data; or
• Remove the payment terms from the pricing condition master.
