3695034 - unable to connect to ASE database due to missing OS library after suse 15 sp07 update - SAP ASE

• After updating operating system from Suse 15 SP05 to SP07, the application is unable to connect to the database.
• From ps -ef | grep dataserver output, the process is running normally.
• Per KB 1817091 - Could not load SYB library when connecting to a SAP ASE for BS/BW, the necessary environment variable settings have been confirmed to be under the desired path.
• The error message encountered from trans.log shows:
