3695042 - "An orchestration error occurred" in a solution order when creating the subsequent sales order - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When creating the subsequent sales order through a solution order orchestration, the following errors display. The status changes back to "In Progress" from "Released".

• An orchestration error occurred
• Requested function ENT1 is not available here

Then try to create a sales order with the same data, encounter the following errors.

• Requested function ENT1 is not available here
• The total SSP for item &1 must be greater than zero (relevant for IFRS) 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The error is raised from the sales order side and caused by the missing price condition PSAM.

For IFRS-relevant items, the price condition PSAM at the item level needs to be manually maintained.
