Symptom
- Users are unable to assign the catalog "S4H_GLOBALCATALOG" in the "Default settings for Users" application.
- The catalog "S4H_GLOBALCATALOG" is not visible for selection in the application.
- Users are unable to assign procurement catalogs to their user accounts despite having the correct company code assigned.

Reproducing the Issue
- Attempt to assign the catalog "S4H_GLOBALCATALOG" in the "Default Settings for Users" application.
- Observe that the catalog is not visible for selection.
Cause
The catalog "S4H_GLOBALCATALOG" is available by default and does not require explicit assignment to users.
Resolution
- Note that the catalog "S4H_GLOBALCATALOG" is available by default in the "Default Settings for Users" application.
- Users can search for and add items from the catalog without requiring explicit assignment.
- Proceed with using the catalog implicitly without attempting to assign it explicitly.
