3695121 - Scaling dropdown in app "Custom Analytical Queries and Services" does not show like "Unformatted/Thousand/Million/Billion" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The scaling dropdown in the Custom Analytical Queries and Services app displays "0-9" instead of "Unformatted/Thousand/Million/Billion".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the "Custom Analytical Queries and Services" app.
  2. Select "YY1_XXX".
  3. Select any measure.
  4. Check the scaling dropdown.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior.

In the Custom Analytical Queries and Services app:

Decimals: The decimal value between 0-9 can be chosen. Choosing this value shows only the specified number of digits in the result. For example, if the resulting value is 100.123456, choosing the decimal value as 3, displays the result as 100.123.

Scaling: The scaling factor between 0-9 can be chosen. Choosing a value scales the resulting number by the specified factor. For example, if the resulting value is 12,000,000 and choosing the scaling factor of 6, displays the result as 12.
