3695143 - Scope Item 7UA is not available for Belgium

The 7UA scope item for sell from stock with invoice creation before goods issue is not available for Belgium.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1. Attempt to activate the 7UA scope item for Belgium in release 2602.
2. Observe that the scope item is not available for Belgium.
3. Attempt to perform billing before goods issue.
4. Encounter the error message: "Billing cannot be done before goods issue, please activate scope item".

The scope item 7UA is not scheduled for release in Belgium localization in release 2602.

Scope item 7UA is currently available only for Germany, Portugal, and the United States. The Localization Product team is working to deliver this solution for additional countries, however, no delivery date is currently confirmed.
