The values of fields 'Plan Quantity' and 'Total Plan Cost' shows normally for 0L, but zero for 2L in the app "Order Cost Details - Event-Based".

For MTS orders, the order plan costs (PLANORD01 in ACDOCP) are supported only with leading ledger in legal view. 

This is standard behavior that 'Plan Quantity' and 'Total Plan Cost' are displayed as zero for 2L in the app "Order Cost Details - Event-Based".
