Symptom

  • In the Run Statutory app, for the reporting activity -Withholding Tax US 1042S - Classic Process, the Legal Reporting section displays "No Data" and the report generation failed.
  • No documents are being selected even though supplier invoices exist in the backend.
  • Errors occur during the report generation process.
