Symptom

Duplicated fields showing in cards when viewing profiles in Full people profile

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

Prerequisite:

  • Enable Full Profile for the latest People Profile under Company System and Logo Settings.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the employee profile
  2. Go to Job information/Job Data
  3. Observe that the field is duplicated in the card multiple times as of date.

Cause

When multiple country configurations contained the same set of fields, the system did not deduplicate them, resulting in the same field being added multiple times.

Resolution

  • A Patch is planned for the same in preview system on 23rd Dec and in production on 25th Dec.
  • Engineering team has permanently fixed the issue in 1H 2026 release.
