Symptom
- Error message: "Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; contact your system administrator."
- User unable to access the Change and Release Management tile in the SAP Solution Manager Production environment (PSA).
- Issue isolated to one user, while other users with identical roles/authorizations do not face the issue.
