3695320 - FA(3) Schema Version Enablement for Electronic Customer Invoices (B2B) for Poland in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Symptom

Unable to activate or use the new FA(3) schema version in Poland and the additional business scenario for transactions with local governmental units (JST) and VAT group type in the KSeF 2.0 electronic invoicing process.
As a result, end-to-end processing of electronic documents through the KSeF 2.0 cloud service is not available for these scenarios.
