3695410 - Latest Form Experience: Unable to print Goal details when form is printed from a Tile

With the Latest Form Experience enabled, an Admin user who didn't participate in the evaluation process is unable to print Goal details, when form is printed from a Tile.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Create a Tile that has a form ID link in it.
2. Navigate to the created Tile and click one form.
3. Observe that Goal details are not displayed, although all the Goal plan permissions are granted.
4. Attempt to print the form by clicking the "Print" button.
5. Observe that Goal details are not printed.

Note: the issue is only replicated with the Latest Form Experience enabled and when the Admin user was not part of the the form Route map.

This is known issue that is planned to be fixed within the next 1H 2026 release.
