While setting up the integration between Tricentis Tosca and SAP Solution Manager you need to configure the connection to the Solution Manager system in Tricentis Tosca. For this connection there should also be the option to setup SNC configuration - https://docs.tricentis.com/tosca-2024.2/en-us/content/sap_solutionmanager/sap_solman_wizard.htm
The option to configure SNC is missing.
