3695578 - Why can't I see the details of Control-based Risk Assessment advanced view after upgrading the template for a shared assessment (Vendor or Service type)?

Symptom

After upgrading the template for an assessment linked to a Vendor or Service control:

  1. I can't access the advanced view project. The system says the questionnaire "was deleted and is no longer available." 
  2. Both enterprise and supplier users can't see the most updated assessment version
