3695589 - HANA DB not starting after uninstalling LSS using hdbuinst and reinstalling LSS using hdblcm

• LSS was uninstalled using hdbuninst instead of uninstalling using hdblcm.
• During reinstallation of LSS, the installation process gets stuck at service startup process.
