3695618 - Wrong Search Results for 'Related attachments' Queries

Symptom

  • 'All' query in related attachments does not bring results for a specified account properly.
  • When the 'All' query is selected, an informational message is displayed: "Due to data volume, search results have been limited to last month’s data. Select a date range from the drop-down menu with a maximum of one month."
  • Selecting 'All Query' and providing only the account ID results in no data being displayed, even though attachments exist for the account.
  • Selecting 'Updated At' duration for the current year correctly returns all results for the account updated within the current year.
