3695694 - Quantity for text line items in delivery is not adjusted in ERP when process code is applied in EWM

Symptom

Quantity for text line items in outbound delivery is not adjusted in S/4 when process code is applied for those items in EWM.

Text line items are not being sent in the delivery confirmation queue when goods issue is posted or process code is applied from EWM side, leading to quantity mismatch in S/4 and EWM delivery for text items.
