• All the table in the configurations are stuck with the Scheduled status
• All the tables have last action = C in IUUC_RS_ORDER 
• Controller jobs are all cancelled with error:
  Internal session terminated with a runtime error
• The controller job is dumping and not processing any orders. All of the orders remained in table IUUC_REPL_ORDER.
