Symptom
During a multi-stage application, a candidate is moved to a status where they need to provide some information. These fields are maintained under ‘Job Specific Information’; however, there is another ‘Additional Information’ heading with no fields present for the candidate to complete.
NOTE: This does not block the candidate from proceeding, the system will allow you to continue.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to your career site.
- Click on ‘View Profile’.
- Sign in to the user's profile.
- Under ‘View Applications’, click on the application that requires more information associated with the Job Req ID.
- Observe that the ‘Additional Information’ section appears without any fields for completion.
Resolution
Our Engineering team have acknowledged this issue and targeting to provide a fix for this issue to be bundled into the 1H 2026 Release.
