3695794 - 'Additional Information' section displays without any fields to complete in Reimagined Candidate Experience - Recruiting Management

Symptom

During a multi-stage application, a candidate is moved to a status where they need to provide some information. These fields are maintained under ‘Job Specific Information’; however, there is another ‘Additional Information’ heading with no fields present for the candidate to complete.

NOTE: This does not block the candidate from proceeding, the system will allow you to continue.  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to your career site.
  2. Click on ‘View Profile’.
  3. Sign in to the user's profile.
  4. Under ‘View Applications’, click on the application that requires more information associated with the Job Req ID.
  5. Observe that the ‘Additional Information’ section appears without any fields for completion.

Resolution

Our Engineering team have acknowledged this issue and targeting to provide a fix for this issue to be bundled into the 1H 2026 Release.
