3695811 - Custom Cards are not showing on Home Page - Onboarding

Custom Cards are configured to display based on the user's start date. When the user is within the timeframe and correct permissions are granted, the card does not display as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Configure the custom card. 
2. Initiate and hire a candidate. 
3. The custom card does not appear for the user.

The affected user was not hired via Onboarding. 

• The card is designed to display information based on the user's Start Date in Onboarding rather than their hire date in EC. If the user is hired directly to EC, there will be no start date maintained in onboarding, therefore the card cannot display depending on the start date.
