When submitting an eDocument(Customer or Supplier Invoice) to the Peppol Service, the system encounters a proxy error with the message- 

  • Error message: "Proxy error GENERAL_ERROR Error during proxy processing (PART U: NKNOWN (NULL)) in SAP public cloud."
  • Error message: "No users assigned for recipient (/EDUBL ALL)."
