3695898 - Error when requesting Annual Leave on MS Teams

• Unable to request Annual Leave through Teams;
• Error message: "Value '2026-02-09T03:00:00.00OZ' is not valid for the XXXXX field."

1. Request Annual Leave through Teams.

In most cases, leave requests include a specific custom field. However, in 2026, when a leave request is submitted, this custom field is missing. In this scenario, our code still sends this field to the backend, which causes the error.

• The root cause has been identified, and a fix is planned to be released in 1H 2026 Release;
• In the meantime, use the workaround by requesting leave directly in SuccessFactors Employee Central instead of Teams;
