3696008 - Job Information fields are editable even though users do not have permission in Latest People Profile - Employee Central

In Latest People Profile, Job Information fields appear editable in employee profile, even though users do not have edit permissions for this fields. In Legacy People Profile, permissions work as expected.

Permission "Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)" is not granted to the user as well.
