3696017 - DRC Brazil and TDF - Error at SPED validator in record 0015 when using custom Tax Region codes

Symptom

  • An error occurs in SPED files validator where register 0015 incorrectly includes custom Tax Region codes which are not Brazilian states (UFs) such as a custom Tax Region code related to Zona Franca de Manaus. 
  • These codes should not appear at 0015 register.
