Deadlock occurs in table WBCROSSGT during the execution of the EU_INIT job You have already check/implemented the following SAP Notes regarding the deadlock: 

• SAP Note 1569531 - Deadlock on WBCROSSGT
• SAP Note 2472794 - Deadlock WBCROSSGT, WBCROSSI, CROSS, WBCROSSGTI
• SAP Note 1916547 - Deadlock for tables WBCROSSGT, WBCROSSI, and CROSS
• SAP Note 1357206 - SE24: Deadlock in tables WBCROSSGT & WBCROSSGTI
• SAP Note 1576066 - Error when activating lock object ECROSS

And for the EU_INIT:

• KBA 3617601 - Impact of cleaning up the table WBCROSSGT in a productive system
• SAP Note 1984730 - Job EU_INIT should be stopped
