Symptom

How to hide vacant positions in Position Org Chart.

Cause

This is controlled by permission's role assignment. 

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Permission Roles;
  2. Select permission to be changed;
  3. Add Role Assignment for new roles or open an existing role;
  4. Go to Define Target Criteria;
  5. Look for Position > Restrict Target Criteria to:
  6. Select Includes access to Positions with the following criteria: To Be Hired = TRUE;
  7. Save;
