Symptom
- SAP BTP, in the global Cloud ALM account, the 'Document Management' (DMS) service does not appear in the BTP ALM account
- The app "Documents" > Go to Document > External file functionality is not working in SAP Cloud ALM
- Documents > External Files shows configuration missing message:
