Symptom

  • Request compression job to /CPMB/*, Z* advanced datastore object (ADSO) causing delays.
  • In the job log BW merge trigger for ADSO is presented
  • While running an ST12 trace the ABAP trace shows most time in DB: ADBC ADBC Start  CL_SQL_STATEMENT==============CP    DB->
  • The SQL statement will then show CALL DSO_ACTIVATE_PERSISTED ( ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ? ), or similar related to DSO_ACTIVATE_PERSISTED.
