Symptom

Dump CONVT_NO_NUMBER occurs when using app MI10 "Enter and Post PI Count w/o Document".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2508

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the app MI10 "Enter and Post PI Count W/O Document".
  2. Enter the required details such as Plant, Storage location, material, and quantity. 

Resolution

Development team has identified the root cause and is currently working on a permanent fix. This fix is planned to be shipped to all customers with next hotfix collection 12 in the mid-January (RTH 15th of January).

Disclaimer: Please note that this date is subject to change based on final testing and SAP's decision

In the meantime, please use the Fiori apps for physical inventory as temporary workaround:

  • F5430 “Manage Physical Inventory Counts” to create physical inventory documents and enter counts.
  • F0379A “Manage Physical Inventory Documents” to post the inventory differences.
