3696092 - "Add Tile" button is missing in Manage KPIs and Reports app

You want to create an application in Manage KPIs and Reports app but the "Add tile" button is not available.

Try to create an application following the documentation: SAP Help Portal | Creating an Application

There are three possible causes for the issue:

1. Incorrect tenant
   Creating an application in Manage KPIs and Reports app is a Key User Extensibility action. Key User Extensibility in a 3-System Landscape is only allowed in Customizing Tenant while in 2-System Landscape is only allowed in Test System. If you are using different tenants, then it's expected that the "Add Tile" button is not showing. 
   
   
2. Key User Extensibility is not activated in the system 
   In the SAP S/4HANA Cloud System, cloud starter edition or sales demo partner, extensibility for key users is deactivated by default. 
   
   
3. Missing Authorization
   The Business Roles providing access to the applications is Read Only or you don't have the proper authorization assigned (Business Role Template SAP_BR_EXTENSIBILITY_SPEC and SAP_BR_ANALYTICS_SPECIALIST) 

1. Incorrect tenant
   Use the correct tenants to create your application.
   For 2-System Landscapes > Test System
   For 3-System Landscapes: Customizing Tenant (Client 100)
   
   Once the application is created, you can transport it to the subsequent systems following the documentation SAP Help Portal | Transporting Applications to Other Systems.
   
   
2. Key User Extensibility is not activated in the system 
   Extensibility for key users can be activated. It's possible to activate it by opening the Fiori application Extensibility Settings and follow the activation process 
   
   
3. Missing Authorization
   Confirm that you have the required Business Roles assigned. If so, make sure to set the "Write" access in the Business Role to "Unrestricted".
