Interface Monitoring for cloud integration systems configured in SAP Solution Manager (7.2 SP20) does not display data.

HTTP endpoints for the cloud services show GREEN status in Managed System Configuration step.

Interface Monitoring reports GREEN with "Collection succeeded: no new exceptions found during last extraction" for the metric Erroneous iFlows.

Metrics under High Number of Exceptions display '0 entries' with GREEN status.

Metrics under Critical Response Time of iFlows show 'No iFlow execution during the last collection interval'.

Extractors complete successfully but fail to collect data for monitoring.
