3696127 - Context Switcher button is missing for employees rehired using Rehire New Employment

Context Switcher icon is missing when proxying as employee rehired with new employment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. Proxy as Employee rehired with new employment.
3. Notice that the Context Switcher button is missing.

Concurrent Employment setting is disabled under Manage Employee Central Settings.

Rehire with new Employment indrectly falls under "Standard Employment", which is similar to Concurrent Employment hence, for Employment Switcher to appear, Concurrent Employment switch needs to be enabled under Manage Employee Central Settings.

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Click on Employee Files
3. Click on Manage Employee Central Settings
4. Under Concurrent Employment Management, switch on the Concurrent Employment
5. Save the changes

Enhancement Request has been created to further enhance the Rehire New Employment functionality.
