3696146 - Billing plan not copied successfully from one sales document to another in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

It is not possible to copy the existing billing plan in one sales document to another one while creating with reference.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Creating one sales order B with referenced to sales order A.
  2. In the sales order B, it is noticed that the billing plan is not copied successfully from referenced sales order A.

Resolution

  • The copying of the billing plan from one sales document to another one while creating with reference is not possible.
  • To copy the billing plan from one sales document to another, submit this requirement as a feature request through the Customer Influence Portal under the session SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales.
