3696254 - Assignment profile not updating user role in Successfactors learning

• Assignment profile is configured correctly, but changes do not update the user's role in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• User role remains unchanged despite executing changes in the assignment profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Verify that the assignment profile is configured with the desired role 
2. Execute changes in the assignment profile.
3. Observe that the user's role remains unchanged in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

• The user's role has been updated manually either by an administrator or connector.
• Assignment profile will not update the role if it has been modified manually or by connector.

1. If a user's role has been updated previously by connector or manually by administrator it cannot be updated by assignment profile.
2. in this case, the user's role will need to be updated again manually or by connector.
