3696281 - Asset cannot be displayed although in database tables, it exists

Symptom

  • A fixed asset was created and is visible in all asset-related tables ANLA/ANLB/ANLC/ANLZ etc but cannot be displayed using transaction codes AS03/AW01N.
  • Consistency check performed in AUVA transaction code shows no errors.
  • Running ANLA for the whole company lists the asset, but defining it as a search parameter in SE16 does not list the asset.
