Unable to adjust Registered Product Work Center  Columns

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Registered Product Work Center
  2. Try to adjust the Column Width's such as ID and Serial ID
  3. Option is not available to adjust Column Width's

Cause

Currently it is not possible to adjust Column Width's in Registered Products Work Center

Resolution

This is the current designed behavior of the system.
