How to skip/cancel the Production and Test system scheduled maintenance.

- SAP performs routine maintenance and major upgrades on C4C tenants. 

For Multi-Customer (shared) systems:

You cannot skip the standard weekly maintenance or upgrade schedules. These are fixed by SAP. You can subscribe to notifications about these planned downtimes.

For Private systems:

If your organization uses private tenants, you might be able to request a "CMP Freeze" (Contractual Maintenance Period) or change the upgrade date by opening an incident with SAP support (component LOD-CRM-ADM).
