3696410 - How to Extract Failed Records from Data Replication Monitor (DRM) ?

Symptom

You want to extract the failed replication records shown in Data Replication Monitor (DRM).
“Is there a way to fetch these failed records?”

Environment

Data Replication Monitor

Cause

DRM shows replication status, but customers need a way to retrieve failed record details for troubleshooting or reporting.

Resolution

You can use the Employee Data Replication Confirmation Error Message entity:
EmployeeDataReplicationConfirmationErrorMessage.

This entity contains details of failed replication records present in DRM.
You can query this entity via Integration Center, OData API to extract the error messages and related employee data.

OR

You can use Admin Alerts to extract the error messages and related employee data.
When you click an Admin Alert (for example, an Employee Master Data alert), the system automatically opens the Data Replication Monitor and displays the Failed/Pending records from the last 24 hours for the selected content type.
Once you fix the issue that triggered the alert, you can simply rerun the data replication from the monitor.
