When accessing the Job Code field in the Employee profile through the Live profile user information portlet, the View Job Profile Will open in the window

The system is functioning as designed in both legacy and latest People Profile versions.

A job code is a technical label used for job classification within SAP SuccessFactors. It is associated with roles and can be mapped to specific job classifications.

• If a job code is already mapped to another role, it cannot be mapped again unless the system is configured to allow multiple associations.
• To view or create job codes, navigate to the Manage Data section and search for Job Classification.
• If issues arise with job codes, such as them being inactive or not found, verify their status or ensure they are correctly defined in the user data file.

Step 1: Adding Custom Categories to Full Profile 

1. Go to Admin Center  Configure Latest People Profile  Full Profile.
2. Choose the option Add Category.
3. Enter a category name.
4. Optional: Choose the  (Configure Translations) icon to add translations for the name.
5. Specify which user roles can see the category.
6. Save your changes.

Step 2: Creating and Adding a User Information Card to a Category 

1. Go to Admin Center  Configure Latest People Profile.
2. Choose the category where you want to add the card.
3. Choose the option Add Card.
4. Select the object type User Information: Here 
5. Under the Content Configuration  Fields section, add and reorder the fields you want to display on the card.
6. Save the configuration.

Step 3: Grant RBP Permission

1. Go to Admin tool then Manage Permission Role Select Your  Role
2. Select Employee Data then scroll down to User Information
3. Field :  ---Tick : View and Edit for
4. Save

Step 4: Check Configuration

View Result: View Job Profile
