3696426 - Authentication Error in SAP Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) connecting to SAP S/4H Public Cloud

• Users get errors when accessing GRDC applications like e.g. "Enter Package Data" in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition system.
• Error message: "Can't get the global parameters from the SAP S/4HANA system. Can't retrieve the definition for destinations S4HanaCConsoEndpoint or S4HanaCConsoEndpoint_RFC: Failed to read authentication token of destination 'S4HanaCConsoEndpoint'. The destination service responded with an error: 'Provided authorization grant is invalid. Exception was Error in ST program SAML2_ASSERTION when importing XML data. For more information, consult the kernel traces or the OAuth 2.0 troubleshooting SAP note 1688545'."
• Additional error message: "A connection issue with SAP S/4HANA occurred. If you are on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please refer to SAP Note 3259884. If you are on SAP S/4HANA, please refer to SAP Notes 3134293 and 3149473."
