Symptom

The are various incorrect behaviors when using the API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV after upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 OP or Private cloud edition. 

Example behavior:

  • Encountering an overflow error in the field KBETR when using the API_INFORECORD_PROCESS_SRV to update info records in the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • All condition scales are deleted when performing actions like POST, PATCH, DELETE on A_PurInfoRecdPrcgCndnScale.
  • Error message APPL_MM_PUR_INFOREC010 "Enter a planned delivery time" shows even planned delivery time has been filled in "MaterialPlannedDeliveryDurn".
  • Price unit of condition changes unexpectedly.
