3696575 - Attachment functionality for opt-out request

Is it possible to add attachments to the opt out request screen? 

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite 
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to the opt-out request screen in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
2. Attempt to locate or add an attachment upload field
3. Observe that the functionality to add attachments is not available

Confirmed with the engineering team that the system does not currently support adding attachments for opt-out requests in both the legacy and latest enrollment experiences.

If you would like to have this option added to the system you can open an enhancement request following the article 2090228. 

This way other customer can vote for it and our Product Management Team can consider it for future updates.
